I began my search at Cherokee Ford and they had little to no inventory and no one available to talk to me. That’s when I went down to look at the Escalade XLT. Classic Cadillac fell over it me and asked me to take the XLT home for the weekend, which I did. Never really felt right though, cannot see myself at the barn with that thing, but the cooler in the bed was awesome for being out in a pasture. (Dear Ford , can you build a cooler in the side panel of the truck bed)??
I did some research on Monday and found out that Chestatee Ford had a very nice Platinum. I called and spoke to James and set an appointment for today. James knew I was on my lunch hour , so he fast tracked his process, but was also respectful and was cognizant about confidentiality and documentation. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Then sent me off to the finance manager and he was lighting fast- believe his name was Kip. Kip knew his loans, financing and was able to get me the best deal within minutes.
All in all, the experience at Chestatee Ford on a scale of 1-10 was a 15!
Headed back there on Friday to pick up industrial sized floor mats and a bed cover.
Because of you, Belinda, James and Kip I have my dream truck that I never thought I could afford! Oh and did I mention when I get in it I look young and skinny? And the horn screams getoutta Beth’s way… LOL

Late in 2008, we purchased our third Ford F-150. Before visiting Chestatee Ford, we met with salespeople at three or four other Ford dealerships closer to our home, including the one that had sold us our last truck. Frustrated that we were unable to make a deal, we extended our search further from our home. And we are glad we did!
The service displayed by our salesman Chip Williams and the rest of the Chestatee Ford team was, and continues to be, outstanding. We were able to negotiate a fair trade and new purchase with relative ease, without high-pressure sales and hours of wasted time. At least once per month, Chip calls to ask how we are enjoying the truck and to be sure that we are not experiencing any problems with it. And most recently, we were pleased to participate in a yard sale the dealership hosted on its grounds; tables were provided at no cost, and we had access to the traffic flow on Highway 400!
We will consider Chip and Chestatee Ford whenever we purchase a new vehicle. Although the dealership is not as conveniently located as others, the level of service they provide far outweighs any minor travel inconvenience."

Chestatee Ford, is like a second home to our family. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles there: my wife: an Escape, my daughter and her husband both have Taurus’, my oldest son: an F150 truck, and my youngest son: a Mustang. I drive a Flex. All of them have been great. When we arrive, we are greeted by seasoned salespeople who take time to hear our needs, to show us what is in our price range, and then offer us the best deals possible.
My family lives about 45 minutes from the dealership and it is worth the drive not only to buy, but for service. We know when we enter the service department that we will be treated with honesty and dependability. Not once have we ever had an unpleasant experience and the workmanship is superior.
Since we have been there so many times, we have gotten to know many of the employees and they treat each other like family. They even pool their resources together each year to help the needy in the community (often as many as ten different situations!) We have attended their July 4th fireworks and barbeque and discovered that Chestatee Ford is the neighborhood gathering place for numerous special occasions. Please allow me this opportunity to express myself, concerning my recent car buying experience, at Chestatee ford. It was such a pleasure to have a salesman such as, Chip Williams, to assist me. Although it took me several weeks to decide, to make such a large purchase, I received no pressure from Mr. Williams. I was expecting to be pressured and told only what my “ears were to hear!” I am sure that Mr. William’s professional manner and his knowledge of the product convinced me to make the purchase.
There was no haggling about the sales price. I asked Mr. Williams to get me the drive out dollar and call. The following afternoon I received the call. I was told the drive out price and I was pleased. We made the deal later that evening hassle free.
While dealing with finance, I met Mr. Brent Escoe. He asked me a few questions; we set the payment amount and the date of the first payment. The deal closed.
