All Chestatee Ford "Certified" Pre-Owned Vehicles Provide the Following Assurances to our Valued Customers
- each vehicle has a CARFAX (or similar) Vehicle History Report
- each vehicle will undergo a thorough
inspection by our Factory-Trained Technicians covering mechanical and
electrical operating systems. Less than 10% of all Pre-Owned vehicles
can pass this inspection process
- each vehicle comes with a 12 month/12,000 mile (whichever comes first) Ford Motor Company Royal Shield Used Vehicle Limited Warranty
which covers repair or replacement of covered vehicle components which
fail under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Coverage includes all internally lubricated parts of the engine and
transmission as well as specific components in Front- or Rear-Wheel
Drive, Braking, and Electrical Systems. This coverage provides our
customers with protection from major repairs
- each Chestatee Ford Certified Pre-Owned customer is provided with their first regularly-scheduled oil-change absolutely free
- each vehicle is delivered utilizing Chestatee Ford’s New Vehicle Delivery process, ensuring that our customers are comfortable with the operation of their Chestatee Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle and are completely satisfied with their purchasing experience

“Risk Free” Pre-Owned
Vehicle Program
|
Here’s How it Works:
- any of our Pre-Owned vehicles, which
are not Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, are eligible for the
“Risk-Free” guarantee subject to the Program Guidelines stated below
- within 5 days/250 miles of taking delivery of your “Risk-Free” Pre-Owned vehicle you may bring your purchased vehicle back to Chestatee Ford
for any reason (within program guidelines) and receive the purchase
price as credit towards the purchase of any other in-stock new or
pre-owned vehicle from Chestatee Ford
In
order for a vehicle to be subject to our Risk-Free Program, the Buyer’s
Order for that specific vehicle must indicate that said vehicle is
covered by the Risk-Free terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- vehicle must be in virtually the same condition as when it was purchased, with all equipment and options intact
- any repairs required due to
mechanical breakdown must be performed before the vehicle can be
returned for credit towards another purchase
- any repairs required due to neglect,
abuse, or modification by the customer after the purchase date must be
performed before the vehicle can be returned for credit towards another
purchase
- for vehicles that meet the Program
Guidelines the original purchase price will be applied as a credit
towards the purchase of any other “in-stock” new or Pre-Owned vehicle
from Chestatee Ford. Taxes, fees, and other charges paid by the
customer related to the original purchase will not be refunded nor
credited toward a subsequent purchase
